Dr Jon Lightstone

Jon qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2006 and has been working in general practice in the Thames Valley area ever since.

He is delighted to have recently joined Alexandra Dental Practice. He brings over a decade worth of experience and is forever enhancing his skills in order to provide his patients with the latest minimally invasive care.

He has been an approved educational supervisor within the Oxford deanery since 2012 mentoring and training newly qualified dentists and in 2014 was awarded a certificate in medical and dental education.

His special interests in dentistry include adhesive and minimally invasive restorations, including composite bonding and veneers. He is trained to provide Invisalign and Quick Straight Teeth braces to help provide patients with the smile they’ve always wanted.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and children Oliver and Bella. On the off chance they are lucky enough to get a baby sitter then he’s partial to a bit of fine dining and the odd tipple.
