Dr Chandi Shah

Chandni graduated from Sheffield University in 2015 and obtained her diploma of membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Edinburgh (MFDS RCS Ed.) in 2017.

Dr Shah has worked as a Dental Core Trainee for 2 years. For her first year, she completed a post in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Northwick Park Hospital, managing dento-alveolar trauma cases, undertaking complex dental extractions and assisting oncology clinics.

Her second year was in the Restorative Dentistry department at St. George’s Hospital, providing a range of treatments for patients referred for management of complex restorative and periodontic needs. Alongside this, she continued to work in general practice on the weekends.

She completed her 4-year specialist training programme in Periodontology, qualifying from King’s College London Dental Institute. The Royal College of Surgeons of England awarded her Membership in Periodontics.

Dr Shah has a passion for Periodontology and strives to provide the best possible patient care. Her love for the field was demonstrated when she was elected as the secretary of the Early Career Group of the British Society of Periodontology.
